It's not only going to cost players and coaches their jobs, but the organization is going to lose draft picks as well. This is going to set back the team a long time. No one is going to want to come to Miami to Play or Coach. It's a damn shame too, because the team finally got a decent young QB to lead the franchise out of the dumps and than you have all this stuff happen. I see a few top 5 draft picks in Miami's future, that is of course after losing a few picks over the next few seasons. Stephen Ross got his man in Philbin, now he's got to live with the results of a coaching staff seemingly incapable of keeping the players in line, even after several instances where players tried to challenge Philbin in 2012 and where put in their place, either by being traded, cut and pushed back by the coach.
