Happy Ted Wells Day!

I would take Cuban in a minute to own this team, we would be contenders within 5 yrs......

Agreed Dude. He gets it. Knows how to win. Honestly even had we drafted Russell Wilson, Tannehill would have started over him. It takes Balls and Courage to win, we have neither with this group. Leadership is going against the grain, and playing the best players, other then where they were drafted. That sounds like Dolphins Football. We kick Reggie Bush to the Curb for Lamar "My Longest Run all Year I Fumble" Miller and Daniel "Glass" Thomas. Good Move?

cry more please...

Going to laugh at the lot of you when Tanne/Philbin lead us on a successful 2014 campaign.

Aint Happening Dude. Mark it. Johnny Football will have a better Rookie Campaign then Ryan in his 3rd Year. What will be the excuse this year?

It is supposed to be today, but NFLN also reported it was supposed to be last Thursday, so we will have to just wait and see.

As long as we don't have any major sanctions such as draft picks stripped, I am fine with it. I know there will be major Dolphins bashing from the usual guys like La Canfora, Jason Cole, Evan Silva, Mike Florio, etc., so that won't be a surprise. Most of those guys probably already have a rip job article written and are just waiting to hit the submit button. This is their Christmas.

What are you exactly defending? Missing the Playoffs? Losing to Buffalo and Thad Lewis Twice? Losing to the Jets at Home to Miss the Playoffs? Tannehill is Average? Philbin is a Joke of a Coach, Ross is a laugh, and now this? What am I missing. I thought you go into training camp to win the AFC East, and if not that, make the Playoffs, the Patriots seem to understand what a stable Franchise looks like, and the Dolphins "Clams" are yet again a punchline, and the "Coach" did not know about it. More Homer please...

A former college professor suffers permanent brain damage and still wants to remain on staff even though they are no longer able to perform the tasks required for the job. They have a case for discrimination due to mental illness?

But, how do you feel about Perception on TNT??

I believe we are going to see tons of backlash from the media

were "going to see"?

you mean even more than the recent media intervention and lies slung by the media during our search for a GM?

and whats more sickening is the fact that the fans who dont like the gm choice are all now using their slander and lies as ammo against the hiring of hickey.

the fans have become as toxic as the media. very, very sad times in this era of miami dolphins.

This is all Jeff Ireland's Fault. Id fire Turner, let Richie and Jerry walk, Trade Martin. Cut Pouncey, He isn't scoring any touchdowns so who cares. All in All this should have been handled internally.

Woah, Jake really hated Jeff Ireland

Just a bit more than he hates black people it seems.

Real class guy that Jake Wrong.

Yet another of the countless reasons why the selection of Jake Wrong over Matty Ice demonstrates that Bill Parcells was the worst thing to ever happen to the Dolphins.

This is going to be a ****storm for the league in the future. All sorts of marginal players will be able to say they were bullied or there was an unsafe work environment to get a little payday. The league might even set up some new rules about how to run a lockerroom which will likely only be used by plaintiffs looking to set up lawsuits.

Not to mention the 3 high draft picks we had to use trying to find a qb.

OPED from a Knucklehead

Just finished reading the entire report, has to be the saddest thing I have ever read about the Miami Dolphins, as a life-long fan (40 yrs +) it definitely was hard to wade through. I know everyone comes to being a fan of a team for different reasons, for me I am from Miami this team represents my hometown; I am a fan regardless of success or failure it’s about regional pride. I believe the organization and its great history will transcend this ugly chapter however today I am saddened.

A few things that jumped out at me after reading the report; RI seems to be the antagonist I thought he was, however re-reading his history and the accounts of his behavior it was hard not to be empathetic, what a troubled young man. I completely get that there is a fraternal culture that includes off-color behavior in the locker room. But it does appear RI is completely rudderless when it comes to a guiding moral framework. It hard to discern where that came from, it appears to be some combination of mental illness, arrested development coupled with an embarrassing vision of what masculinity is. There are plenty of sports or physical endeavors that require “toughness” none come to mind that advocates literally sabotaging the very fraternity that it is attempting to build.

The details of Jerrys and Pounceys behavior should not go unnoticed I am struggling to see their value to the organization.

In regards to JM I just am missing the need to castigate him, yes he is a professional football player, but he is also someone’s son, someone’s brother and a fellow human being. I get that many would not have made the decisions he made. However it was troubling to me to read the kind of treatment he received at the hands of his teammates. All seemingly because he came from a stable family, liked reading books and was generally mild mannered. Everything I read about his mental health was all self-diagnosed and was not a factor during his college career. Big Weirdo?
