Heath Evans - Why He's a Dolphins Hater

Had a low opinion on him before, but now knowing he did this classless act he dropped even lower in my opinion. It has been 9 years since the Dolphins cut him, time for him to get over it. If he wants to be in the media he needs to learn not to have agendas and hold grudges.
Brady: "Listen here, I know you're on this team for one reason only. You miss a pass protection block like that in a game scenario and I'll have your punk ass back on the unemployment line faster than..."

Heath Evans can go and suck a fat babies balls... I hate that guy. Whenever he mentions our boys he has something reckless to say. Shut up Chump!!!!
If this story is true then what it says about Heath Evans is despicable. Now, having said that, let's look at what this event says about the Dolphins.
First, if the story is correct it means that someone on the team (Coach/GM/??) called Evans and told him that he had been cut. You don't do that over the telephone. You do something like that in person. Whether it means bringing him to Davie or sending the coach to his home. You fire a man in person, not over the phone.
Second, doesn't every NFL team have a security division that is responsible for protecting team assets like this? Where was the Dolphins security team? If they knew they were going to cut him over the phone, why didn't they have a security guard ready at his door to ask for the return of the playbook? I have had the misfortune of having to fire a couple of less than competent employees over the course of my career and the protocols for doing this are well known. You turn off the employee's access to the company's computers while he is in the office with the manager who is firing him. This speaks of an unbelievable level of incompetence in the Dolphin's front office.
Third, why didn't the Dolphins file a lawsuit against Evans to require the return of Dolphin's property? Surely there must something in every player's contract that requires return of team property upon completion of employment with a significant financial penalty associated with failure to do so. Did the Dolphins even report this to the league offices?
What Evans did is theft of team property, pure and simple. The failure of the Dolphins organization to anticipate, prevent and respond to this theft is beyond belief. And people wonder why we are remain mediocre...

That was a very long and unnecessary rant in which the Dolphins regime at the time could have been summed up in two words: Nick Saban.

I can honestly say that he is the dumbest meat head on tv.. he consistently makes an ass out of himself by the comments he makes.. didn't he get in trouble last year for sexist remarks? I pray that I get a chance to be near him at some point in the near future so I can release some verbal judo on him, which in turn will cause him to simply respond with fart noises from his fat mouth...

But not a single member of that 2005 version of the organization is still here from the owner on down, its basically a completely different company. Makes no sense at all, but most pro athletes aren't that bright so I guess that could be right.

My vote for biggest bonehead NFL analyst/expert on the TV is a 3 way tie... Maruicci, Deion, & M Irvin. Heath finishes in a close 4th.
