he needs help around him. period. a #1 guy will get him out of a tight spot and help him build confidence and establish himself. the not getting open, stupid outs on every play (especially 3rd and longs), dropped passes, ducking out of bounds and immediately falling down will only frustrate him endlessly. he could use some help from henning too - get creative dude.
