Herald reporting leaked logo confirmed

You know whats funny, I wonder how many people who have complained about the logo change would have actually noticed if the fins changed the logo from one game to the next without publicly saying anything.

I LOVE the idea of white face masks. Was okay with the aqua masks for their history, but always wanted another color that was a little less dopey looking. Actually that described the team logo for me as well. Was always okay with it, but hoping for something less dopey.

Perhaps I am just the exact niche demographic, but I love every single thing about this update so far.

dc226..as negative as me? you tell me one thing i wrote that isnt true. as far as finding a new team, ive been a gigantic hard dolphin fan for 32 years . so forgive me for not loving the new logo or doing back flips over every move made by ireland. so i personally prefer people like you to shut your damn mouth when it comes to telling other fans to find a new team, especially die hard fans like myself!

im shocked to hear u say ur a diehard...

"yeah this logo will be associated with winning super bowls the day i grow wings and fly. 1 playoff appearance in 11 years man. bad o-line, bad secondary, unproven qb, and good ole jeffy. same guy who whiffed on davis and smith and now has to use another high pick on a cb. this franchise is a joke until proven otherwise" doesnt sound like it's coming from someone who loves their team.

i know you're going to say that ur just stating the "truth" but your comments sound much more hateful than "diehard".

Definitely. Dolphins are awesome. I think it's cool we have them on our helmet and proud of it lol.
The saving grace for me will be the uniforms, I have been dying for upgrades and I feel pretty confident that the new ones will look good.
But the logo, man if they just kept the tail turned down, they would have nailed it imho. And it's not an easy thing to get a logo ''right," I totally understand that.

At the end of the day, I think I will be able to get over the logo at some point. I didn't feel that way yesterday lol, so patience I guess haha.
And besides, with these new additions and our team on a serious upswing, I think once the winning starts happening, we will all be happy anyways lol.

We'd obviously be a much more intimidating team that won Super Bowls if we had meaner looking colors. Instead, we'll continue to go 7-9 because teams arent scared of our uniforms.
 
So I guess Mike Dee straight up lied to our faces.

I'm holding out hope that this is actually NOT our new logo. The mildest thing I can say is that I dislike it.
