There are more than enough reasons to indicate Flores is over his head and losing the team.

More than enough dysfunction in his staff hirings and firings…and player relations!

Since writing my original response, I have moved to the No Mo Flo Movement! I think the Front Office (GM, Scouting department and coaching department) needs to be wiped clean. The Franchise has to be rebuilt from the Top down as if you were a brand new team in the league except we already have players that need evaluation and coaching. It has now become obvious that coaches do not want to work for and with Flores thus the reason we see a turnstile in the coaching staff with replacements never having coached.

If this bunch ever drafted a future HOF athlete, they would find a way to trade him for 3 draft picks, none of whon would be in the league three years later.
