How much confidence in this GM/HC combo? How long do you think they will be here together?

    Isn't Flores's contract a guaranteed five years?

Has that ever stopped a coach from being fired?

I’m of the opinion it takes 4 years to do a complete tear-down and rebuild. So I think 4 years is the minimum.

I couldn't answer that. I would venture to say no but I would imagine that means they have to pay him if they fire him.

They would. Same thing happened when we gave Sparano an extension and then fired him the next season...still had to pay him. But that doesn't count against the cap so it really doesn't matter. It's just money out of Ross' pocket.

The only way Flores would get fired after one year was if he lost the locker room like Cameron did. I don’t see the dickhead type players like Joey Porter on this team so I don’t think it will happen.

Well considering we have yet to see what type of HC Flores is...We have yet to see the success rate of Grier doing his 1st draft alone, without forceful voices yelling in his ear who he should draft, maybe this question is a bit premature.
