There is no reason why won't be up or at least within a few points at the 2 minute mark of the 4th quarter this year. We lost a lot of close games last year that we were drving to win at the last minute or we gave up a few points for the other team t beat us. With some discipline and some direction, we can win those close ones. Is Pittsburgh really better than us talent wise? We can be as good as anyone in the league I think. I am saying 11-5, winning the division and the first wild card and maybe losing in the second round to the colts, even though we play them well. Oh, 3-3 in the division and a 3-1 against the NFC South, losing only to Tampa. Our other loss comes against KC.

I agree with you on this. The thing that has me fairly concerned is our secondary which for the past few years was a strength. I really think this will be the part of the team that hurts us the most. I know preseason is just that, but both Chicago and Jax took us apart passing the ball. We'll see but I'm pretty much going with 8-8 plus or minus one. GO FINS.

Our secondary is still a bit shaky maybe, but the 1st stringers looked awefully good last week vs. Jacksonville (Travis Daniels pass breakup way down the field while covering Jimmy Smith was a very very encouraging sight to see) Plus who knows, maybe these guys(the secondary) will surprise. Heck.....The fact that Bell is holding off Schulters for the moment is encouraging to me, Lance was highly touted amogst most of us upon coming here, and Bell is holding his own, Plus Daniels has looked great, Howard actually made a couple of plays last week, and we will have Poole back at some point this season. This secondary may not be as bad as people might think !!!
