Thats what we have to have now.

All 3 teams at 8-7 going into next week and all 3 having a chance to get in at 9-7.

That Colts win over the Chiefs actually helps us in a major way. It gives the Chiefs nothing to play for next week. They will be locked into the 5 seed.

If all 3 teams are 8-7 going into next week, we actually have the best chance to get in. All we would need is a win vs. the Jests and the Chargers to beat the Chiefs. Or a win vs. the Jests and the Ravens lose. This is of course if all 3 teams are 8-7.

We really need the Pats to win today. I hate rooting for the Cheatriots, but if the Ravens win today we are really in a world of hurt.
 
Im giving this a bump because it was a really good and informative post, but i just camt believe that you of all people still have hope. That was one of the worst dolphins games ive ever watched.

Agreed.

After Miami beat New England last week, I felt it was going to come down to Miami & Baltimore for the 6th seed.

It would have been nice to have the Lions win this past Monday as well as The Vikes today, but...
 
Get a SD win and there is still a chance.
 
I wish I could still share in your enthusiasm. But I cannot. What I saw today, was the worst Dolphins game since........I don't really even know. Maybe Marinos last game? This team had put themselves into a great position, had a winnable game, and **** the bed. Simple as that. This team has no leadership on the field, no balls, and no determination.

I could rant for hours on the subject, but I would rather just forget about it, hope that they don't get in the playoffs so i don't have to get my hopes dashed again, log out, and move on with my life for the next 9 months. In the long run it just isn't worth it. Here I am sunday afternoon, nice day out, my gf wants to go out and have fun, but I am just pissed off. I need some fresh air, and no more ****ing aqua. Damn this team. And to think I really thought this year was gonna end differently.
 
Screw that. Im done being hopeful for this team. I can see the Jets wiping the field with our asses. I hope we get eliminated today so we can stop all this stupid playoff talk once and for all

Twas a trap game. I was weary of this game coming in... Pity....
 
Even if we get the help we need today, we'll just fart it away next week somehow. I fully expect to miss the playoffs after that disaster today. I pray I'm wrong.
