Looks like Miami and Broward folks dodged a major bullet here. Feel terrible for west coast who have been ravaged by hurricanes the past 2 decades.

Shout out to SoS for some great work in this thread informing us on the latest!

And to Phins 4 ever. We have had as much information in this thread as people have been getting from tv etc.

Glad we decided not to head to West Coast. Her famliy may be headed here to east coast.

And I just got a tornado warning on my TV for my area (Miami Dade county)

If I was in NY I would start making preparations (buying water, extra gas) now for Hurricane Jose.

Barely any wind so far and already my power is out. I swear the power goes out in this building if you sneeze.

And we probably won't get power back until Monday since we are in an evacuation zone. Doubt FPL sends people out here until the hurricane is gone.

I went to tampa to get away from this storm and now there's a mandatory evacuation for my brother's area. Probably headed to Orlando.
