I am so sick of hearing that we should have taken Matt Ryan

I would not be mad about the long pick,If they signed drew brees when he was begging the fins to sign him..So pretty much the fins chould of had either one of them and what they have now gotta make the fan based mad...

i guess your right...but its just disheartning and as dumb as it sounds i think it affects the players i mean when you get trashed in the media about how much you suck and you need to be replaced can destroy a QB's psyche. but i know brighter days are ahead eventually so ill just enjoy the ride.

If a player gets their feelings hurt by the media or fans busting their balls it is time hang it up.
 
Whose ATL's pro bowl LT again? Matt Ryan seems to be doing fine without someone like Jake Long. I feel bad that Jake Long has had to protect the same piece of garbage QB not only in college but now in the pros.

I for the life of me don't understand the hold the hand pat them on the back mentality. These are grown men playing a barbaric game of only the strong survive. Tell you what if someone could get Henne to play with some ****ing emotion and passion he would up his game! The guy is literally a pet rock in a helmet! Tell me one great QB that isn't in your face passionate?

He has never been injured, the funny thing is that Pennington and Henne have been injured with Long in the lineup.

Yea he did miss two games in 2009 which probably cost them a playoff spot since thye lost both games.
 
Amazing that some still don't get that QB's drive this league and are the most important position in football by far............................bar none.

maybe yes, maybe not... and maybe another "one and done" but that wasn't the point Mr Google tried, but fell short of making, now whas it?
