Nolan Carroll. He came into this league a liability, and Tom Brady made him his bitch early in his career, but I must admit he was money this year. I'm not saying to sign him to an expensive contract, but we should try to sign him for a cheap yet decent contract.

P.S. - We should try to lock down Grimes no matter what the case is. He is a top 10 cover corner in the league and his talent is rare.

Carroll has come a long way. He has frustrated me a ton, but I would bring him back. A team cannot have enough CB's.

I feel like if Carroll was on the Seahawks he would be taught to hold grab and fight and would be excellent, though i still question his ball skills. He won't get that benefit from the refs here, for cheap i would like him back though as a #3-4

Money? An oxidized penny maybe. Carroll is a backup, nothing more. He's not good enough to be a starter.

Grimes is the priority CB. Carrol is highly spotty imo. If the price is right you bring him back.

Agree 100%. Nolan Carroll was one of the biggest improvers on the team and clearly gets what Kevin Coyle is coaching. Carroll is very smart, very high character and a good team player. He competes on every play and has actually turned out to be one of Ireland's best draft picks. Eliminate your thoughts about re-signing him for a cheap contract, his market rate went up significantly last year and versatile CBs get well paid.

I believe he's ok as a back up but he's not good enought to start. He started last year cause we had nobody else.

Ozzy rules!!

Definitely sign him to a 3rd or 4th CB contract. Would not trust him as a starter but I feel comfortable enough if he is the guy filling in when a starter is out.

Carroll can be good depth. He is worth signing. He has also improved every year, and he could be one of those guys that becomes starting caliber late in his career.

Everybody knew he was a development project from the start.
I don't know how good he will eventually be? But he has improved every year and I'd hate to see him fully blossom somewhere else. For the right price I'd keep him.

Let him walk for anything more than he's worth which is a minimum contract. I'd rather let Davis or Taylor get those reps. Caroll is a liability. He gets beat all the time, for a depth guy yes, but what do we have these young corner's for? Give them their chance
