I can't understand why tannehill has such a poor deep ball

A lot of NFL QBs make these throws....... at least some of the time. The good ones hit these throws plenty. Tannehill NEVER hits these. Thats why defenses do not respect us beating them deep and play the comeback routes on us.

When you have to exaggerate, you have already lost the argument.

All you have done in this entire thread is "exaggerate" when it comes to your defense of Ryan Tannehill and your trashing of Mike Wallace.

And yet, WV is hardly exaggerating. He didn't hit that deep ball ONE TIME this season.

Id like to see the film if he did. I know I was present and accounted for on my couch for every single game this year. I dont recall us hitting that type of play. I know we hit a long TD against Carolina, but it was a poor throw and a great play by Wallace. I also know we had plenty of opportunities to make this plays. I know Wallace got open deep a ton of times. I saw it. And every time I saw our QB miss the throw.

I saw Wallace fail to catch several that were catchable. Plays that good WRs make every week. If Wallace didn't suck, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

From what I can tell he throws the ball to flat, when he does that the ball comes in at a less catchable angle, the wr has less time to run under it, and it gives the db more of a chance to make a play on the ball. Week one you guys had to make excuses and now week 17 same excuses.

Tannehill was the best player on offense this season, period. Whether that is good enough can be debated. But he is clearly their best player.

Not entirely true. In two seasons, he's only hit Hartline deep in stride 1 time - against AZ last year. He's had a fair share of misses as well. He can't hit anyone over 30 yards downfield...

He doubled his touchdowns from last year with a below average offensive line. I am not interested in making any changes at the QB position. I want a new offensive coordinator and a new GM.

Every single freaking time. It got so frustrating that when he missed Wallace yesterday my beer almost went through my TV. I think we all held out hope that they would complete one of these - even by dumb luck this year - oh yeah, they did in the Carolina game...

Bilal Powell throws a better touch pass down the sidelines than Tannehill. While not "deep", his miss on a play he extended to Hartline was not the firsrt time a simple little flick with some touch would have gone for a big play. How does a HB complete that and our QB can't?
