I dont get the need for a rush to Fire

Looks like the Bills have some of the mediocrity lovers as fans.

I hear ya, I am so sick of saying "there is always next year"! I do feel that the reason I am personally so disappointed this year is the fact that we were good enough to make the playoffs and didn't. I feel very comfortable with Tannehill and I am okay with our coach. A new OC is the only real change I would like to see. I can live with Ireland, I think the 2012 draft was really good and this years has potential to be good as well. It seems he is getting better. Sherman just drove me crazy, I honestly could not believe the number of 8+ yard routes on Sunday with no running game and our top WR out, throw a damn slant or a bubble screen, how about a roll-out option on 4th and 1 when you have not been able to gain short yardage all year up the middle. Just crazy things that kept showing themselves all year.

I cannot lay the blame on only one coordinator. Our linebackers were not really good , our oline was crap, our running game was crap, our te's cannot block their shadow. Our defense cannot stop the run all of a sudden.
This just isn't as simple as fire Sherman all will be well. we played this game already with Sparano. remember the switch to Daboll. Get a new GM and have a pair of fresh eyes look at the franchise. Im tired of the same tired result.
