I have changed my mind....If Feeley Starts...I will kill myself.

He's had 5 years of a break for crying out loud!! Stop with the excuses!!!

Taking a snap, dropping back, and throwing the ball is a fundamental aspect of being a "quarterback". It's not like last night was his first time running those plays, throwing to those receivers, being in front of people, or standing behind that O-line. After 5 years he still has happy feet, still stares down receivers, still chucks the ball when pressure is on (screen play last night!), and still gets hurt!!

so should we cancel the rest of the preseason? what do some of you people want? berlin??? feeley and frerotte both have to get their reps in the preseason, and the best man will win the job. there are 4 games left, and feeley will see the field. get used to it.

why are you guys making such a big deal over the FIRST PRESEASON GAME!?

I have been a FeeleyHugger from the begining but I will admit that last night he was terrible. However, we need to give him a break, its the first preseason game. He has four more but if he keeps playing like last night, Gus will be starting opening day

Terrible? What the hell was so terrible about last night? I swear, sometimes I think that I'm watching a completely differant game than you people. He didn't play at a pro-bowl level, but he was above average last night. I love it how half of the posters on this forum just jump down the guy's throat for no other reason than the fact that they hate him.

Peyton Manning everybody! Thank you for your interpritation of basic fundamentals of being an NFL quarterback. I think the first seven or so minutes in a new, complex offense, facing a team that loves to blitz up the middle would be a bit harder than you would imagine; but thanks for your input. For the record I didnt notice him locking onto receivers last night.

Anytime you find yourself tempted to dis any of the QBs on our roster, may I remind you of two little words:

Jay Fielder.

'nuff said.

 Please let Feeley start, even if it's just the first week. Thanks.

And may I remind you, that we went back and forth between Fiedler and Feeley, because neither looked very good.

I don`t think AJ played all that bad last night (at least he didn`t throw a pick that got returned for a score), but Frerotte looked better, and I`m sure that has something to do with him knowing the system better than AJ. I`ve been on the Frerotte side of this QB battle, and I think he`ll ultimately win the job, but AJ wasn`t terrible last night, and if Thompson catches that pass, Feeleys numbers would have been as good, if not better than Gus`. I don`t think it really matters that much who starts, with our Oline looking as bad as they did last year, both QBs are going to be seeing plenty of action, because I don`t think the starter makes it through the year uninjured.

You people are rediculous. Frerotte played better last night, but Feeley played good, I don't know what game you're watching.

but damn, step up, step to the side, have some awareness, and dont' just freaking stand there.

He didnt...he did something...

The guy curled up in a fetal position and got rocked.

Anyone who's made up there mind after 10 minutes of pre-season football about what our roster should look like this year, well they need you back in special ed for the Silly Puddy eating contest.

Maybe if the Dolphins had some real O-linemen.....they also have some decent QB's. Orton looked like all pro....why....because the Dolphins scrubs didn't even touch him...any QB that has time....can look great. Better hope the O-line gets better or expect the first pick in the next draft. PERIOD.
