Watching empty stands sucks. Y'all can dislike me for saying that if you like, but I'm sick of seeing other teams pack the stadium. Hell, move closer my way so I can attend a bunch of games. It's sad when the commentator says there are more fans along the Dolphins sideline than in the stands. This is not a knock to the folks that faithfully attend or those who cannot afford to go to a game. I just want to see a packed house of Dolfans for a change, and I know I am not alone.

True...and I understand all of the arguments for people not going. I'm just tire of it, I guess.

:crazy:gotta win. that's the cure.

put a wining product on the field and people would be more willing to spend money on tickets.

whats the home record w/ this coach again?

I mentioned on another forum that I would be at the game if I had a job right now. Somebody asked me why I'd be going now, why not wait until the team is winning. Some people just don't get it.

this thread sucks

when u can only win one game out of 12 at home it is a miracle they still sell 20 k tickets..

Im not going to fault people for not spending money on a team that cant win at home.

How many of those games that you are talking about were actual home games? I mean, of course they were geographically speaking. But which team had the most fans during those games? Think about it.

I want to but won't attack you, but I'll respond to your post. The Dolphins deserve having empty stands, they suck at home. Why pay $70- $100 to watch someone lose while you sweat your butt off? I can tell you're not from Miami. It's hot and humid here and there is no reason to dump money into a losing project. This team is pitiful, simple and plain and doesn't deserve to be supported. This isn't the same team I fell in love with as a kid, but a shell of it's former greatness.

Move them to St. Petersburg and call them the Florida Dolphins. SF and Oakland have teams across the bay from each other. Why can't FL?

if the dolphins could win a couple games in a row at home then they would sell a lot more tickets..
the local fans that are not showing up to the games maybe doing this team a favor in the long run
as Ross realizes that people don't believe in sparano and ireland and we can finally find a good coach and GM..

You could move this cursed team where ever the hell you want you will never win, trust me I have many years of evidence to support this theory.

Miami Dolphins. They always have been a part of this city. Teams and cities are linked. Why are you a fan of this team? You have no reason to be if you can't except the Miami part.

If you can watch the game today, consider the economy and demographics or Florida, and still be stunned people arent showing up in droves, then nobody here can help you see it. Just sit back in your chair in Virginia, watch the games (or not for all I care) and stop whining like a ***** about the locals.
