There NO WAY Parker runs a 4.3!!!

A long, tall, and still somewhat lanky WR is not gonna "look" as fast to you on tv as a 5-8 slot guy but Parker is running plenty fast

That's pretty impressive. I didn't think he was that fast. But when you watch him actually run you notice he starts pulling away.
