If Ireland is Fired, who should replace him

I like DaTruth's list. Great job. DaCosta has been wanted by many of us for years. The other candidates sound good.

To tell you the truth I just wanted to see who other thought as possible replacements....I feel I have a good understanding of who is out there, but I hoped others could bring more information to the table.

You can't keep a GM that has put together 6 straight losing seasons. Just can't do it.

I think that's what will end up happening. It would excite a dead fan base and it may help Ross with the stadium renovations.
 
here is the debate to Ross - are we a couple offensive linemen away, or is the problem bigger? do I dare open a can of worms and say OL preparation or coaching is the cause? what about the RB situation, was it fiscally right to lose Bush? And what about QB? I will say this, Miami is no position anyway to get a top qb in next year's draft and would have to crap out for Winston

I agree on Marino and let hire below him.

On the business side. Marino's title would be Vice President in charge of football ops which was Parcells' title when he was here.

How similar do you think his role would be that to Elway? I think it would be very similar in that he would need someone to help with player evaluation. In that case who could the Fins bring in that would take having a back seat in title to Dan but more power behind the scenes?
