If Miami Trades Cameron Wake.....

Ha and get another Samson Satele, Koa Misi, Jamar Taylor? I rather keep Wake and not roll the dice on another 2nd round bust...

He is going to surprise some people this year now that he will be healthy, just wait and see......I have high hopes for this kid.

Jason Taylor wore a jets jersey and I'm still a fan, there's nothing worse than that

If we get a first for Jordan then take it. Yes we seen flashes from him but at the same time I have a bad feeling just because who drafted him and the fact that he would be better standing up. As for Wake I would pull a trigger if we were offered a second. Wake is 32 years old and you can definitely tell he is declining. I know that we would be left with just Vernon who had a great second season. At the same time we would have two first and two seconds and even more money from trading Wake.

I honestly we would like to see what Hickey can do early on with some money and a ton of picks. We can find out if he is a bust early or not. If he is a bust then regardless if Wake and Jordan are on the team or not, the dolphins will not win a Super Bowl with Hickey. If Hickey is a gonna be a good GM then he should be able to bring talent with all those picks and money.

it wont happen, but if it did we would be fine. Im saying this as a huge cam fan

If he trades Jordan for a first and Wake for a second I will be absolutely pissed, draft picks are by no means a sure thing in today's league. That would instantly take our DE position from an area of strength to our biggest area of need, why would you ever do that? You can't just plug these draft picks in and have instant production like Cameron Wake.....

Yaaaaaaaaawwwn

i will no longer be a fan to such a stupid organization like the miami dolphins. I will also never watch another game from the nfl or the dolphins ever again. Plus i would delete my account from this website. Miami dolphins front office don't you ever trade or release the best player on the team or my favorite player. Cameron wake better retire a dolphin or i'm done.

They don't realize that if we did trade these guy that's about 4 holes you have to fill on the defensive line. Replacing Starks, Soliai and Jordan, Wake thats just a stupid and anybody signing off on that needs to be fired immediately.

We have draft picks, all would start immediately......just look at last year:lol:

I love Wake but he's the one player that was "rumored" that I would be willing to trade. He would net us the most in a trade and quite frankly, he deserves better. This team isn't winning a championship anytime soon and it seems as though he's just rotting away in Miami.

I'd trade Wake well before I'd trade Dion, but that's just my opinion. I'd rather keep both but something is seriously wrong with this team. We've reach a all time low.

finishing 1-15 is an all-time low, being in the playoff hunt on week 17 certainly isn't. A rag tag offensive line and no running game almost got us to the playoffs, people need to get a grip here.

A grip?

We lost to Thad Lewis and the Buffalo Bills not once, but twice.

One of the losses came after Philbin and co, had not one, but two weeks to prepare. The other came late in the season with our playoff hopes on the line. A week later, we lose to the Jets and Geno Smith.

You're know more of a fan than I am, I'm just realistic. Philbin isn't any better of a head coach than Cameron was. Want proof? we traded away a top 10 WR in Brandon Marshall. Not to mention the other players we let walk because they didn't fall in line with Philbin.

Now there's rumors of Wake, Wallace and Dion Jordan being made available? And that's not worse than 1-16 with Cleo Lemon and John Beck? At least then we expected failure. Trading away any of the players mentioned above would just be plain ludacris.

The only reason Dion isn't a elite player is because this coaching staff has no clue. Wallace wasn't utilized properly all season long. Why can't we use him like Philly uses Desean? Or the way GB uses Cobb. This coaching staff allowed us to play the entire 2013 season with our QB using "Go" and "Go-Go" as the snap count.

I have a grip and that grip says I'm sick and ****ing tired of mediocrity. I've put up with it since the first grade, I'm over it. Won't ever, ever give up on Miami. But it's time to get some competent people in Miami. End of story.

How many more years does Wake have!?!?! Vernon is constantly getting better. We would have money to sign a proven pass rusher not just draft. We would have picks to draft another pass rusher for depth. You act like if we make the trade then it is impossible to find talent to replace them. This draft is deep with D-Line so I don't believe we would have a hard time finding a solid pass rusher. We could also sign a guy like Michael Bennett, Michael Johnson, or Justin Tuck which I believe would all come cheaper than Wake.

Vernon, (Sign) Bennett/Johnson/Tuck, (Draft) Trent Murphy or Dee Ford

Our pass rush would be perfectly fine if something like that happened and on top of it we would be getting a bit younger at DE, still an extra pick, as well as cap space.

for a group of fans that are constantly bitching about the lack of leadership, and battle to find leadership on our team and in our locker room, I'm surprised how many of you are open to trading one of the few elite players on our team that has aqua and orange running through his veins....
