Shaw.
I like Saw a lot, but I worry about college coaches being able to put a good staff together.
Shaw.
I did one of these a few weeks ago about Ireland and as I said in that thread....this isn't whether or not he should be fired, just who you would like to see replace him.
Potential candidates.

DavidSahw - Head Coach - Standford
Lovie Smith - Former Head Coach of Chicago Bears
Brian Billick - Former Head Coach of the Raven

I can stomach all of these losses, as bad as they are, except for that Bills loss.
That was a huge red flag for me. Just an awful performance against a bad football team missing key starters.
I don't think anyone was too happy about the Raven's loss....
The way I see it....this team could be 6-1 with better coaching...

There's a lot of talk about coaches. What we need is a new GM. All these years we've had sub par talent. Step 1 is hiring a competent GM who will hire a good coach who will in turn hire a good coaching staff. I sure hope someone is getting Ross' ears and giving him good recommendations for a good GM.
Bob Hordenberg!!! This is who everyone should be rallying for, 27 years in football, not ONE losing season. Players have nothing but love and say he is looked at as a father figure, and you want charisma and personality? Well Bob certainly has that, and a winning style of football....the best kind.
