I did one of these a few weeks ago about Ireland and as I said in that thread....this isn't whether or not he should be fired, just who you would like to see replace him.

Potential candidates.

Kevin Sumlin- Head Coach - Texas A&M
DavidSahw - Head Coach - Standford
Lovie Smith - Former Head Coach of Chicago Bears
Brian Billick - Former Head Coach of the Raven
John Gruden - Former Head Coach of Bucs and Raiders
Jay Gruden - Offensive Coordinator Bengals
Ken Whisenhunt - Offensive Coordinator Charger
Josh McDanials - Offensive Coordinator Patriots
 
What? Philbin isn't getting fired. Whats wrong with you people. At least let the season play out.
 
David Shaw. The guy is the real deal.

But I can see it now, some established team like the Giants will see his potential and go on to establish a winning tradition again while we will be left with some new failure...

Rob Ryan. I'm tired of these zero personality dullards at head coach. Wan't a coach with some fire. A coach who only is looking to put his good football players in position to make plays and win. No politics.
 
Again....I said if he does, since it has become a topic in other threads....I didn't say he would get fired only who would you replace him with if he does...
 
I don't see it, and I'm guilty here, I was one of the first ones on here to throw out Philbin's name for HC.

With all the Philbin's gone talk, think about it. If our O-line, or more simply, a couple players on the o-line were upgraded, would we even be having this talk?

Agreed Dude. I want the Coach to have fire and passion, inspire. The Dolphins are as Flat as Philbin.

God please not Rob Ryan. I don't want that any of that basket-case near our stadium. I'd rather Rex if anything as a DC. THat's it
