A franchise singal caller in today's league is more important than the Coach, the GM, the owner, everyone. Look no further than Peyton Manning. Averaged something like 12 wins every year for a decade, got them to 2 SBs, won one of them. Caldwell owes the job to Dungy, and Dungy owes it to Manning. We're now seeing just how dominant and valuable Manning was to that franchise. Easily worth 10+ wins EVERY SINGLE YEAR. Luck is that type of player.
