If the New Offensive System is Different from Sherman's...

...then what effect do you believe it will have on Ryan Tannehill?

Any other system should be a lot easier to learn and execute. He had to make a lot of reads pre and post snap. I don't think most people realize how hard that Shermans offense is to execute. Shermans offense makes a lot of sense in theory, but it's just so incredibly hard to execute consistently, hard to learn and understand too.

I remember watching Matthews this season, having to come out of the game every other play, because he needed explaining on what to do next. It's the guys second season.

I think development comes from being consistent and smart.

For this case, Consistency means using same system/structure/technique/players, while training and studying it a lot. While Smartness should be understood as finding ways to avoid mistakes and exploding best features of team.

Miami has been searching for different formulas every single season. I would suggest to allow the teachers to teach and the students to learn and grow up.
Coaches should learn from their mistakes and mature on their jobs. Joe Philbin is at his second year as HC and there are many areas to improve, but the guy is capable of creating a monster of team.

Be patient, cutting ties with a system has been expensive in terms of talent, money and chances.
