Well we'll see when the Jets play in Miami because one thing that's always just pissed me off is when there are ALWAYS more screaming visiting fans( especially Jets fans ) than Miami fans!! That **** has got to stop, I don't ever want to hear that stupid chant in our stands again. I hate to say it but honestly miami fans in the past have not been to strong in the seats..i'd have to say one of the worst in the league. I hope it changes. I don't think people really understand how much of a difference they can make.BringBackShula said:

In all fairness...there is a time to stand and a time to stay seated. A great play/and or Phins touchdown...a goal line stand by our defense..the entire statium should be standing and shouting their lungs out for these occasions but I've been to games at Giants statium where some people STAY standing the entire game and that's ridiculous. My uncle almost pounded a Jets fan at Giant's stadium because he wouldn't sit his fat arse down..even during halftime!! My 13 year old cousin's ticket cost just as much as the Jets fan's ticket so I don't buy the "buy a front row seat if you wanna sit and see the game without someone taller standing in front of you..". The Jets fans behind us didn't like it when my 6'5" uncle put his 13 year old son on his shoulders so his son could actually SEE the game over that Jets fan.
Like I said, there are times to stand and there are times to stay seated. There is a thing called courtesy so next time you're at a game, have fun and root our Phins on but just remember that the fans in the row behind you paid just as much money for their ticket as you did.

Tens of thousands of Phins season ticket holders like myself who go to every single game and scream for my team whether standing OR sitting should just give up our tickets because we suck!
Why don't you log onto madden and see if you can trade the Phins fans for another fan base and see how that affects your cyber season! :shakeno:

There are idiot fans everywhere and I can guarantee you, having been in some other stadiums that we are not the worst. You will encounter idiots any time you get a large group of people together regardless of what city it is.
Some have a much higher number of idiots..... see NY Jets.
This is the second thread in the last two days on this. People need to get the F over themselves. The ONLY valid thing against this was someone with a disability -- even in that case I understand there is a section for that.

it sux for fans being yelled at to sit down, but it happens everywhere you go. its not just miami fans sitting down complaining, you can go to any stadium and there will be lame people just trying to enjoy the game quitely. my opinion is to just ignore them and continue to jump around and shout

This is the exact reason I have stopped going to Miami to watch games.. past experiences have sucked, and we won all the games I've gone to at home (went to away games last year, THAT sucked). Me and a few guys would go down every year, and get diff seats every years and people kept telling us to sit during a good play, or when it was third down and our D needed to step it up.. Or against the bills a few years back when Ricky had like 40+ carries. We were yelling and screaming for him the whole game, and the guy behind us told us that we needed to sit down because WE were ruining the game for him.. Most Florida fin fans almost make me regret being a Fin Fan at all..
I say shirts should be made with a phins logo on the front and on the back, it should say "If you wanna sit down, STAY AT HOME"

EVERYONE stood up and everyone loved it.. It's a lot more prevelent at our stadium than others..

I've had this happen to me at Texas stadium and my reply to those people were the same....but to have that happen at the Dolphins home stadium I can't believe it!!! I live in Louisiana and love the Dolphins. I hope to make it too a home game and I can say this you better not tell me to sit down! Why would you go to the game in the first place.....I watch it at home and go crazy there!!!
