And if you still had faith in their evaluations coming into this year:

1. Everyone with eyes knew our line outside of Pouncey and Long was God awful. Multiple FAs became available that could help improve the line. We didnt sign any. Didnt even entertain the thought of signing any. Its like they couldnt see that Columbo is a disaster and our Guards can't move when every fan could plainly see it. This board was full of O-line threads. They need to spend a first rounder on a lineman because otherwise, they have zero idea how to evaluate line talent. Thats obvious from our FA moves and later draft picks.

2. Everyone with eyes knew that we needed a RB that could pound the ball inside. Bush has never done it and probably never will consistently. Thomas hasn't looked the part all offseason and we could see that. Why not keep Ricky? Sign Barber on the cheap? Nope. We would rather get into 3rd and short and goal line situations and be totally incapable of running. The Pats knew it too. it was obvious to anyone paying attention. And its awesome how we are working out washed up garbage after the season starts. Way to put a screen door on the submarine. Nice job.

3. We have ZERO CB depth. Zero. Zilch. Nada. None. if Vontae or Smith go down at any point this year we are royally ****ed. Not "oh, that sucks. We would be better with Vontae". Im talking "Holy **** our secondary only has one boundary CB and a "hole in zone" on the other side" kinda ****ed. You better pray to whatever diety or object you pray to that neither of them go down. And this FO is wayyyy too incompetent to notice that we have no depth there, so they cut a decent veteran in Will Allen. Arent they supposed to know this type of stuff? Go into the season with two CBs. great decision FO. Good job. Got my confidence.

4. Way to start a woefully unprepared Reshad Jones. Hell, its not like we had a decent player beched for him. just throw that dude right out there. Who gives a damn if he knows whats going on or not. ****, he might get an INT between the 46 blown coverages. Clemons doesnt get those. Youd think that Sparano and Ireland could combine to see that he wasnt ready yet, but I guess thats a bit much to ask given their track record.

5. Solid conditioning out there. Definitely inspired my confidence in the coaching when players are out there cramping so hardcore that they can barely bother to touch a player rolling into the endzone. That was awesome. Pretty cool how our entire defense is using up the worlds supply of oxygen tanks. Im pretty sure they caused at least one person with emphysema to die. Theres no way we didnt significantly lower the world supply of those tanks last night. Nice job Sparano. Nice job S&C coach. Props to you guys.

6. Once again, we have nobody to return a kick worth a damn. Youd think that in the span of 2 offseasons you could find someone who can do that, but apparently not. I stand corrected. Even if we had a guy though, would we even utilize him? We refused to use Ginn on punts and all he does with the Niners is run them back for TDs.

7. Im tired of typing. You fill in the rest. Im sure I missed something. I just worked myself into a rage again.

Thumbs up. I totally agree. After this start, I'm done with these guys. FOUR YEARS NOW. FOUR YEARS. ENOUGH. We heard all this 3-year master plan bull**** but it sounds like kids planning to take over the world in the attic. It's old.

Larry Johnson? Tiki? Who's next, Jim Brown and Marcus Allen called in for tryouts?

be careful...you'll be labeled for pointing out the obvious as having an "agenda"

both of those last 2 posts were hilarious we should sign OJ too then we can really have a slashing attack...my god just chill you know you will be watching every week just like before

I thought it was just your typical post-loss anger/pessimism last night. Guess not.

I wouldn't jump ship so early though tyler. Keep in mind we just lost to the best team in the NFL and really didn't get blown out like some suggest. I'd at least give it until the bye week. If this team is as bad as you think, you'll know by then.

It cost money to sign players.

Yea, because I just suggested a bunch of high priced players :bobdole:

It really costs that much to grab a reliable backup boundary CB, a RB that can get short yards between the tackles, a KR, ect? Most of those will cost roughly 1m or less.

Yea. I will be watching every week. I cant help it. I told people last night how I wished I could turn the TV off before it hit :00, but I cant. Not sure what that has to do with this regime sucking though TBH.

lol the best part is posts like these usually involve rant against Henne, Ginn, or Henning. I guess its change of pace atleast.

I can't believe how much brady picked on sapp and carroll. Like 4 passes went to anyone else.

Funny that sapp got caught.

labeling the pats the best team in football and excusing a loss to them in such fashion is called looking for moral victories...this is year 4 moral victories aren't worth **** any more...this regime needs to either **** or get off the damn pot

i'm fresh out of excuses...win or get the **** out

im pretty sure u nailed it all on the head. and it so obvious to everyone in here, and the sad thing is it has been as well, that its pretty sad the guys in charge dont get it. the only thing anybody will disagree on with u is ginn. but thats completely ignorant. he is an elite return man and it doesnt matter how anybody tries to spin it and it doesnt matter if thats all he can do. u dont find that type of talent, and it makes zero difference when he was drafted if he helps us win games. which he proved. u just dont. he played for us, and we couldnt see that. so they ran him out of town for a guy that is the next to be fed his walking papers. unreal.
