This exaggeration of this story is a fabrication of the media. The League, Union, and Team as well as the players have already responded to the media to create closure as far as the public is concerned.
The story has shifted from Martin (puszy) to Incognito.
They throw a wide net with their allegations using the 1st amendment as a protection. I hope that Incognito sues especially if he somehow loses his job over this.
Shleftler Beasley and others are now attempting to bully Incognito. Oh the irony.
I am glad Incog responded. He is a man.
 
It's ESPNs propaganda hype machine. Anything for a story even if it isn't true.
Not to mention our very own local reporters who are trying to bring this regime down for their own personal agenda.

Sexual harrassment has nothing to do with the Martin situation. Women DO need protection in the workplace.

As far as the Martin situation, he has no legal protection unless he is a member of a protected group, which includes:

race
religion
sex
nation origin
mental/physical disability
pregnancy
age over 40

There is no federal protection for someone being generally "mean" to someone else in the workplace. There is no protection for co-workers not sitting with you at lunch. You would have to be a member of the protected group, and the violation specifically targeting your class. Sexual orientation is NOT included with federal protections, but it is included in the players collective bargaining agreement, mainly to prevent lack of hiring by owners and gms, but I assume it applies between players as well.
 
I can't wait until Olbermann eviscerates all involved.

Much like he did with 1) Snyder and the nickname fiasco in DC & 2) the jest beat reporter stirring the pot re: the QB controversy in late August

No Way is hazing accepted in our armed forces nor fire/police depts. You joking?
 
Its not rookie hazing anymore when it goes beyond a week of foolishness. Its called harassment after that but whatever keep victim blaming
 
I just wish Incognito would go all out TUPAC with Shefter and rec a song on him like tupac did on Biggie! and who knows, the way Shefter has been on Incog lately, I wouldn't be surprises if Incog actually fked his wife...

Actually Hazing is against regulation in the army. Many a recent career has been destroyed because people are too stupid to realize that its an idiotic practice that is being done away with. I think the NFL will being doing away with it quite soon, in reality it has no place in a so called professional environment.
 
Shef vs cog. My money is definitely on cog coming out of this looking way worse than the reporter.

What ESPN needs is another top sports only channel. See when you are mainly the only one you can get away with ****ty products. Look at Gamestop there not many Gamestop so they sell you a game for $60 new then buy it back for what, $40 or $27 then resell for $54.99 lol.
