Is Miami ready for a Minority Coach to lead this franchise?

I just want a coach that knows what the hell he is doing. I don't care what color that person is. My God, you would've thought that Rixon started this thread.
 
I won't except anything other than an Ethiopian Buddhist as our next head coach. I know it'll be tough to find, but damn it I've waited long enough!
 
Just the kind of attitude that prevails in Miami and the reason other franchises win quick and we take on these traditional project type coaches. It's sickening.

Yeah, Tomlin is a good coach because he is black. This is ****ing retarded. The only thing traditional in this thread is the racism.
 
Id hire Rixon for the rest of the year if it meant not having to look at and listen to Sparano anymore.

I'm tired of losing. We take on these retreads all the time. Enough! Its time to get outside of traditional thinking. The NFL has changed and we are constantly following too much of a traditional blue print. It's evident in everything we do. Just read this message board.

I'm not advocating anything but putting a winning product on the field.

Hell...I don't care if our coach was Martian. Just get us back to winning Miami Dolphins football!
 
If there's one thing I know about Miami, it's that its a mostly-white community that does not think kindly of any minorities. There's no way a minority coach could succeed there.
