Is Miami ready for a Minority Coach to lead this franchise?

This regime is painful. Again, I'm tired of hurting every Sunday. I challenge Ross to put a winner on the field and he had better look at every option. Take off the blinders.

If there's one thing I know about Miami, it's that its a mostly-white community that does not think kindly of any minorities. There's no way a minority coach could succeed there.

I'm tired of losing. We take on these retreads all the time. Enough! Its time to get outside of traditional thinking. The NFL has changed and we are constantly following too much of a traditional blue print. It's evident in everything we do. Just read this message board.

I'm not advocating anything but putting a winning product on the field.
No, you're advocating racism. Rambo would be disappoint.

Look. Get over the racism kick. Evaluate this team and its record. It's screaming for change.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. You could have simply replaced the word minority with the word good. Example

Is Miami ready for a good coach?

The minority factor is completely irrelevant, I hope if they make a change they pick the BEST candidate not the most culturally diverse.

The problem is that you're combining "diamond in the rough" with "minority," when those two things aren't really related. A diamond in the rough coach doesn't have to be a minority coach.

I'm afraid you'll have to pardon folks for being confused.

Miami needs to hire the first Asian coach in NFL history to attract Miami's asian community.
