It was make or break time for the QB... Epic Fail

I keep telling you guys, its a coaching issue. There is a general malaise on this team where no one is playing well. I've been watching football a long time and I've seen good coaches (Shula, Bellichick etc) take so so talent and have them over achieve. They play smart, fundamentally sound football.
This current Dolphin team is the antithesis of those types of teams.
This team quit on Sparano at the end of the 2010 season and I have seen no evidence to suggest that things have changed. I do agree (much to my disappointment) that Henne is missing a critical intangible trait. He doesn't have it in crunch time.
New HC coach and franchise QB (and a RT) would solve most of the problems

I've also seen losing quarterbacks replaced and a team start playing better. Ideally both would be changed, but scoring points in the red zone is a skill that Henne has never displayed consistently; not in preseason, and not in the regular season.

I've seen Sparano play with a different QB and win. That doesn't mean the is not a big part of the problem now, but it's something to ponder. And I will emphasize again, that if Henne happens to be crippling the Sparano regime, it's also Sparano's fault for letting that continue to happen. At the end of the day, I see a game like this and know that one single play from the QB in the red zone, or with the game on the line, and know that we can't just ignore that issue.
