I'd be down for Fisher over Sparano. But Daboll has show promise, I'd let him try to learn under an experienced guy like Fisher. And Nolan's been a defensive mind for a long time, I don't understand the deal with him now
He also did a good job with ... Vince Young.
Thanks for answering me. I would't mind either one of these guys. They are all upgrades over Sparano.

DOn't get why everyone thinks he's so great. 6 winning seasons in 15. Went to one superbowl and lost and has lost alot of early playoff games. and when they didn't ahve a winning receord they sucked. I mean look at his first 4 years as coach? Tony did better than him. Will Tony's 5th year turn into 13-3. No and I think Tony will be gone and most likely should be along with Ireland but I don't think Fisher is my guy.
Lebeau was put in place by Cowher, great leaders know to hire people smarter than themselves so they all succeed.
Sedano on 790theticket made this argument the other day.
He said Fischer has fire in him because he never won the SB. He got to a SB and lost. He also did a good job with a young Steve McNair and Vince Young.
He said guys like Bill Cowher would be terrible hirings because they have nothing left to prove and they are now used to the cushy laid back lifestyle. Their fire is gone. He said it would be like Jimmy Johnson again. Jimmy said the hardest part about coming back to coaching with the Dolphins was the 16 hour workdays again. They come back, have to go back to 16 hour workdays, and then realize all this stress is not worth it when they burn themselves out because they don't NEED to.
I agree with him about finding a guy who has a lot to prove still, but I don't know if that guy is Fischer. He made good points. You can listen to that podcast on their website.
we need a GM that can evaluate talent
