Jets shopping Stephen Hill

Hill is a big fast target, who has not reached his second round expectations. I might not see him as a starter, but could give the Dolphins a wr with a skill set they haven't had in a while. Does a straight Daniel Thomas for Stephen Hill trade make sense or do you see it as a waste of time.

I'd trade Thomas for a can of paint for the stadium upgrades at this point.

They have some great run game I didn't know about? Yeah our linebackers aren't where we want them but they should be able to handle a limited jets offense just fine.

If we all have to worry about is Chris Johnson, I'm perfectly fine with that.

Do we have a good run d that I missed out on...you can limit that offense if you stop the run...and you get solid lb play...if you don't and you let them work off pa cause the run game is so effective and the qb uses his legs you are gonna do what Miami did last year...make bad qbs and offenses look good

There have been a thousand posts of what we should accept for Daniel Thomas. Seems everyone has there own version of the joke that they think is funnier than the 999 others.

just b/c guys aren't here doesn't mean they didn't help us win. we have drafted well enough to only have one losing season under rex w/ 2 PO apps and 2 title games apps. you guys would kill for that.

as far as drafting and developing under Rex:

Wilkerson
Richardson
Harrison
Coples
Ellis
Powell
Kerley
Allen
Davis

we had guys who are now gone that were key contributors- $anchez, Greene, Slauson,

others from last year that got better late in the year like geno and Milliner.

you are being silly.

no, you have to worry about Johnson, Ivory and Powell. Good luck.

I asked you to name good players or players you have developed, your list consist of guys who basically roster filler, and position fillers. That's how you know your drafts have been weak, and player development has been non-existent.

Run d will be fine... Vs the jets anyway. I expect them to be playing catchup in both games.

Stephen Hill was taken in the 2012 draft, right after we took Jonathan Martin.

Looks like both were diastrous 2nd rd draft picks.

I guess on a positive side, the Jonathan Martin fiasco probably helped us get rid of Jeff Ireland & Mike Sherman. And if Jonathan Martin makes SF's final 53, we get a 7th rd draft pick.

If they need another janitor, sure sign Stephen Hill up. He'll probably make a lot of noise from dropping the cleaning equipment all the time though.

This ****er couldn't catch a cold if he went ice fishing naked in the Arctic. No thanks.

Stephen Hill wouldn't make the Dolphins practice squad if he were eligible.

Lol. You can't be serious. Have your seen the dude play. The only expectation he has going forward is bust. It should tell you something when Clyde Gates is a better WR than this guy. Pass

The Jets are a **** show. The GM is *****footing around as if he has 4 years to turn it around, he's making the same mistakes Ireland did. The Jets will be lucky to win 8 games and they'll all be fired come years end.
