In this case Flores was fired because of his inability to get along and communicate with people in the organization. One of these individuals was Grier. A black GM who was the person most responsible for hiring Flores to begin with.

I have no problem with the Dolphins hiring a black HC, white HC or any other color HC. I just want a head coach that can put a consistent winner on the field and get this team into the playoffs.

If hiring a minority is important to some people on here, McDaniel seems to be the perfect hire. He is Bi-racial and hopefully will bring a dynamic offense to the Dolphins. So Ross should just hire him and lets start getting ready for free agency and the draft.

Agree 100%. Imagine having a cause worth fighting for and having this knucklehead Flores taking the lead. It could only set you back, not advance your cause.

Absolute ****ing train wreck.

Whether we were going to get Harbaugh or not. The fact that this happens to us while we're looking for a head coach is just such a ****ing disgrace. And it never would have happened if we didn't hire that piece of ****. All on Ross

On facts. Due process of law. Considered innocent until proven guilty.

It's his team, get money and buy the team yourself. Ross is an owner that wants to win and is spending money to do it. I would rather have an owner that wants to win.

Wanting to win, and actually being successful in winning are 2 different things. I’m glad he puts his $$ into resources to help facilitate that, but when is he gonna assess his management skills, and the fact that he has been an utter failure in accomplishing the most important goal- winning… Christ, It’s not just the losing now, it’s the embarrassment- this is the kind of offseason bs that we as fans have to endure, poor management, coaching, personnel decisions- it’s a revolving door of inept incompetence, it’s fu$king exhausting… I long for the days of just being mediocre, but not having to deal with a media circus about how fu$king dysfunctional the team is… and the kicker is Ross doesn’t seem to learn from his mistakes…

If you want him to sell the team, give him an offer he can’t refuse. I love how so many people are demanding that Ross sell the team but they don’t mention that the organization is valued at over $3 billion dollars and there are only a very small number of people who can afford to purchase a football team.

The fact is that there are even fewer billionaires who can afford to purchase the team who actually want to own a football team.

So for all of you who are demanding Ross sell the team. You need to line up the financial resources to purchase the team from him if you don’t like the fact he owns the team. Call all your billionaire friends and see If they are willing to help you purchase the team from Ross.

If you don’t have billionaire friends or you aren’t a billionaire, calling for Ross to sell the team is useless.
He will decide when or if he wants to sell the team and the fact some fans demand he sell the team isn’t going to change that fact.
