Not following your post? Is your point that Tua is better than the garbage, talent-less backups that the Fins have had since he's been here? If so, then I think everyone on this site would agree with that.

True, but another point is that we don't truly know if Tua knows how to read NFL defenses, as that is not part of what McD allows or asks him to do. Most of the time, he just drops back fires at option 1 and that's it. Thus, if the line was better, would McD ask him to do more? I would like to think so, but who knows...

Maybe you don’t know, but people who watch and understand the game know that Tua reads defenses really well. For example, Nick Saban has talked abut Tua’s prowess is regard to reading defenses. I guess he’s wrong?
