Filed to NFLN: Judge Nelson has ruled: Injunction to lift NFL lockout granted. NO stay. Owners now certain to seek stay from 8th circuit.

It may revert back to the 2010 season rules. So it's possible trading players is back in play, but still no salary cap.

judge will most likely grant stay, according to insiders she they understand the situation at hand if free agency were allowed to start immediately just 3 days before the draft.

most likely, the appeal will be granted and this will just be drawn out in court just like everything else is drawn out in court.
