People have watched him throw at Duke and in Miami and said he looks great. I have no doubt he will win comeback player of the year.

If, big if, he can throw at the level he has been able to, CONSISTENTLY, yeah it's a great option. But that isn't the case right now. Everyone is so quick to jump on this thing without knowing where he is at physically. It's sickening that people don't even factor this in, and dismiss all of it because they are getting their hopes up.

This whole Manning-to-Miami excitement is out of control. Let's see what the guy has got in him and go from there. As ridiculous as Ross is as an NFL owner, even he probably grasps this concept even though he is so desperate like many dolphin fans

What's the worst thing that's going to happen if we do sign Manning and he isn't healthy? It's already been reported that his contract is going to be very performance based, and we still have Moore on the roster. Not like we are sacrificing our future and dealing picks to get Manning.

Peyton manning is an NFL athlete. Not just an NFL athlete but arguably one of the best qb's to ever play. Yes he had surgery but he gets stronger everyday. This regeneration process he is going through DOES NOT GET WORSE!!! He will continue to get stronger day by day. He has already shown everyone that he can throw. He a couple months till he is pads but for right now its all him and he has been training everyday. And who are you not to have faith in him. If this guy is half of what he was he is still better than 85 percent of the qb's out there and 100 percent better than anyone we have had since marino. MANNING MANNING MANNING.

lol I cant bust out the quotes, but I heard the same thing on ESPN. Pretty much all Ive heard today is that he is fine. Im not worried about him getting injured anymore than other players. You dont think Reggie Wayne knows how his arm is? Yet he has stated he would follow Peyton if possible.

It will only prolong finding the long term solution this franchise and fanbase has been longing for for all these years since Marino. I want to be in the Super Bowl as badly as every other fin fan in the world but I personally would rather not go down this road unless he can truly show he can be out there day in day out as the leader for this team. I'm not saying that my opinion is fact or the right thing to do, it just looks to me like the team is going to repeat the process they have been.

There aren't many options out there but if we invest in Manning (time more so than money) and he cannot perform for us, we will be scratching our heads yet again. I really don't want to see that. But I understand what Manning could potentially bring to the table. All I'm saying is that there are a lot of assumptions being made on his health and truth is, we don't know yet and he will have to prove that to the teams looking to sign him.

Look man...... I really dislike fighting and disagreeing with fellow fans but seriously man. This guy will perform.
This team will come together and not only that we will have a sell out crowd and finally some fuel to give our team use and motivate themselves to win. But not only to win but to keep winning and play with heart and determination.

I really like what matt moore did last year and honestly im ok with him at qb if this turns to ****... I really am. But this is PEYTON MANNING. Not some scrub who shouldn't be playing and definitely not some inconsistent quarter back like chad henne. Trust in him. Peyton would of retired if he thought he couldn't play. The man keeps saying I WANT TO PLAY I WANT TO PLAY. THERE IS NO ONE ELSE WHO WANTS TO PLAY MORE THAN ME. Why question him? Why?

We are so close to something great here and will probably never get a chance like this to see something like this unfold for many years to come.
