Knowshon Moreno signs one year deal with Dolphins

Some Bronco fans are calling the stations here saying he is no good....ha ha....talk about sour grapes.

I REALLY like what I saw from Matthews last year before he was injured! He was fantastic at times. Hopefully, he will develop into a very good WR for us!

I like the Moreno signing for 1 year as well.

My brother, dad and nephew are big Dolphin's fans....but they sometimes call him No Show. I am listening to 850KOA and the Bronco's announcer is talking with a Phin's reporter Adam Beasley, asking whether the deal is done.

Ya, we call him KnoGo TooSlow and I'm getting some ribbing today around the office because we picked him up. I do think he'll hurt Denver more than he'll help us. He's more valuable to them in that scheme, but they want Monte to be the unquestioned #1 without competition.

Not when it comes to players from other teams that I do not watch closely. I am a Phinatic to the enth degree, and can easily say if any player is playing good, bad or indifferent. I cannot give a fair opinion on other team's players, and how we rank vs them. I do not believe anyone here can.

There are people here that literally watch 10 games a week. I don't think its fair to say nobody here can evaluate players from other teams. Most people that post here and have even just a mild football obsession watch a lot of football besides Miami.

That's too bad, though it's big of you to admit your limitations in this matter.

However I don't see any reason to assume other people share those limitations. Whether someone has an informed opinion about players from other teams -- and whether that opinion turns out to be prescient in terms of a player's performance as a Dolphin -- is one thing. People like to overestimate their own qualifications and in any case even the best evaluators are often wrong. But this idea that because we're Dolphins fans that we can't evaluate other players without bias is just silly.
