Don't know when we will get a Gm. Hope this is not true.

Dolphins owner Stephen Ross headed for London this week and then supposed to go to China. Candidates remain in the dark. No bueno

Hearing some GMs w/assistants up for Miami GM job not pleased with the process there. Senior Bowl week is here. Looking for closure ...

When is "this week"? Does he mean Monday, or does he mean Friday? That is important to know. If it is late in the week, more likely then not he will name a GM before he leaves.

I sure hope so, the longer this kind of thing goes on the worse the media will make it.

It has been one week, it hasn't been long at all. They just reportedly finished the first rounds of interviews yesterday and are supposed to be narrowing it down to two. Very realistic they could have a new GM in place by Tuesday.

Hopefully we get a Gm before he goes, he might be gone a week or two if La Canfora is right.

Vague reporting. Ross will not leave until this is GM search is wrapped up.

I believe his company just made a major transaction involving a company moving to China, might just be a press conference there. Probably wouldn't be there more then a day or two.

With that said, still think a new GM is hired before then. He might even tell his group of advisors who he wants and they could wrap up the deal with the new GM even if he is out of the country.

What a joke. I love how people have defended Ross through this process. Anyone want to argue he is "being thorough" still?

I will say it again…the challenge was not getting people to interview for the gig, it was getting them to accept it.

I think Ross has two outs. One, he is waiting for someone that is involved in this week's games to interview and maybe take the job. Two, Brian Gaine could be a seamless fit when it is all said in done. However, I do not see him getting it.

Steve Ross has no idea what to do and it is sad.

It's 2014 people can do all sorts of business without being in the same place as one another.

This is just a d-bag reporter stirring up the plot again.

Maybe Ross does need a Czar…a person that can run and manage his business. Ross seems totally incapable of doing so.

Exactly, Ross doesn't need to be sitting face to face with who he chooses to give them the good news. He can have a conversation and talk to them in a video conference even halfway across the world, plus he has Peterson and Aponte in Miami to help out.

Guess what, Ross reportedly was in London just this past week and it had no impact on the interview process.

Then if he is not sitting face to face with the man that is to run this team, we officially have a **** owner.

Do you think Bob Kraft would hire someone via Skype? Do you think the Rooney Family would close a deal by a video conference? Never.

Steve Ross liked the idea of buying a football team and no idea what he bargained for.

No need to be so over dramatic over every little vague tweet that comes out.

I will stop being "dramatic" when our team starts acting like the other successful teams in the NFL. Sound like a deal?
