Lawsuit Filed agaisnt Pouncey Brothers

It was filed against both brothers and the night club. I'm guessing they are going after who through the party and not the actual people responsible for their injuries. I also saw that the injures were caused by another entirely set of different people in a different VIP section.

His story keeps changing it seems to whatever may generate the most money in a lawsuit.

Im sure they are claiming the club is responsible and that the pouncey's instigated it, . I have no clue what happened and for now don't really care. Its just some guy making accusations at this point.

If he would have went to the authorities and provided them with information then he would have access to everybody that was involved. I guess making a bunch of edited youtube videos was critical at the time.

so are we to assume they had issue with the one who punched them originally and supposedly it was a Pouncey. Not much meatin that report although who the f knows
 
You name just about everyone in a suit to cover your bases.
 
Something is fishy here, where is the surveillance tape from the bar? This will clear up everything

Holy ****, this is definitely nothing but a money grab. The police report states that an unknown male was trying to leave the club and pushed the victims while doing so. The suspect then punched both of them and left. How the hell does that lead anyone to believe that the Pouncey's were involved? You don't think that if one of the Pouncey's pushed two people over and then started punching them at a night club that someone would notice who it was. What a ****ing tool.
 
You can take this comment any way you want, I'm not a "bigot" by any means...I have no issue with either side of this issue so it wouldn't bother me if either side got its way...but homosexuals always seem to be the quickest individuals to sue somebody, and that irks me. Sounds like a bunch of money grubbing BS, who would've thought...
 
Birthday or not, the Pounceys would have been better served in bed at home rather than continuing to party at 4AM. However, this twink showed up at 4AM apparently ready to party. Did he want to grab himself (literally and/or figuratively) a hefty football player before the sun came up? I hope the Pounceys both fight this and countersue for all he's worth for besmirching their reputations.

seriously? as if they expect to be awarded anything near the net worth of either one of them, or that there's a substantial disparity.

Yawn. We should probably find a replacement regardless. Hes not a good person in fact he's a criminal drug abuser
