That's why blanket statements, "hiring another coordinator who has never been a head coach", or "hire another failed HC", or "hire a hotshot college coach with no NFL experience" are stupid things to say. Reality is that 31 of 32 teams fail every season. If someone wants to be the guy who b*tches about every thing and predicts everything will fail so they can say they were right, they can. But they don't add anything to the conversation other than negativity. IMO those kinds of fans are the worst thing about sports.

Doesn't mean it can't though. The Dolphins have had the right idea they just hired the wrong people. I don't think Daboll is another Gase or Philbin.
