Lebatard said on his radio show last week that he has only had one conversation with Philbin since he was hired and that during that conversation it became obvious that Philbin had no respect for Ireland and hated him from day one and that Philbin was "skeptical" of Ross as an owner.

Well LeRatard should have informed Ross before Ross tried selling potential GM's on Average Joe.

Link? Proof? Anything?

Damn, why did he even take the job then if he was so down on the leadership. I happen to agree with him that Ross and Ireland are turds, but still, I don't know why he would anchor himself to a flagging franchise with those 2 bozos at the top if he honestly felt that way.

Because now he is Principal Philbin lol. People who don't see what Philbin has done to form this team with his vision are blind. Its sink or swim for him. With Ireland gone it's going to be really interesting to see how the roster and philosophy of this team change this off-season.Also how many other chances do you think Philbin would get at being a NFL head coach? Sometimes when your dream job is offered to you, you have no choice but to accept.

Lebatard got all of that from ONE SINGLE CONVERSATION? Please..
It's not that much to glean.

I could tell you what I think about my whole agency in less than ten minutes, unless you
got me drunk, then, I'd spend 10 hours restateing the same 10 minutes.

Well Philbin seems to have a real quirky personality. He's as dry as dust as a person.

You've been to a cookout at his house then?

Because he was offered a job to be a Head Coach of an NFL team.

I'd do it too.

What's the worst? He's a failure. He goes back to position coaching.
Look at Sparano. He's still employed, just like I said he'd be.

There were a few things that Philbin said during Hard Knocks that were good deadpan humor, good wit. Someone with the wit to turn a phrase here and there, observe something and make a clever quip on the spot at least shows a quick, creative mind.

No wonder the players respect Philbin so much. Practically willing to go to war for him. Philbin is a winner!

So this assessment is 2 years old, and its coming out now? Who here at FH is gullible enough to fall for this? The bobbleheads who don't like Philbin I imagine.

Yes they gravitate to threads like this to pile on because it fits their own agenda.
