LeGone/Positive or negative for Dolphins and Miami sports landscape

He affects his business. Lebron takes away money from Ross at the end of the day.

Even if it's people saying "Should I buy Dolphins or Heat season tickets?"

That MIGHT be true for some people but, the FACT is that there are plenty of fair weather fans with PLENTY of money in South Florida who would fill the stadium each and every game if the Dolphins were big time winners. Those same people will still have continued to fill the arena for the Heat if LeBron had stayed. There are millions of people in South Florida with enough disposable income to do both and would have done so if the Phins were winners.

he's gone, it's a football town again like it should be.

If the Dolphins were big winners the last 4 seasons it still wouldve been a football town. NFL dominates the NBA.

exactly. So sick of hearing about the Heat. Fins need to become legit playoff contenders so we can pack our renovated stadium in 2016.

There is a new King James in Miami.

Who needs Lebron when we have Ja'Waun. :) Fins Up! At least Ross has never let the best player in the game just walk out the door.

With the Heat probably going into rebuild mode it gives the Dolphins a chance to earn back some sport dollars over the next few years. Let's see if they can capitalize on it.

If he Heat go back to being a middle of the road team for a while, the Dolphins have an opportunity to win back the hearts of Miami. Unfortunately, I don't think the Dolphins have the right structure in place to accomplish that.

The fuq?

I don't care about the Heat at all but that's just a :bobdole:

The Heat had the best player in the world and won two titles. The Dolphins have won two Super Bowls in our entire history. C'mon now.

I'm So Glad LeBron Left!

Now maybe Miami can become a football city again! Maybe people will start showing up for games

Oh please don't start a thread about Lebron in this forum....I beg you. Besides, the Dolphins need to start winning again before anything changes much.

Winning and only winning will put fans back in the seats.

I know as well as anyone that Miami has MANY bandwagon fans. They will now be looking for a place to spend their money, and the Dolphins are now the only choice. This will likely be a big help in stadium attendance. All we have to do is WIN to keep it.
