Les Brown, who starred at BYU Pro Day, signs with Dolphins

OMG that kid blew up in 10 weeks. Looks to be a hard worker. Im sure Philbin loves to have kids like him on his team. He has a legitimate shot to make it here.

I like that he gets out of his breaks fast, whips his head quick, and he catches ball at its highest point. no doubt in my mind that he took performance enhancing drugs though. Im sorry but, you dont gain 25 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks. Its physically impossible but, with that said, I would do the same thing if i wanted to go to the pros and had that kind of hight and speed.

If it's all muscle, then I'd agree on the PEDs but it's otherwise not impossible but still hard to do.

I wonder what 10 week program he was on...I want that info

^ don't judge people

um.. look at his body 8 weeks prior then look at it 8 weeks later. the only way in 8 weeks you can gain that much muscle is through peds. I dont care what kind of eating, drinking, supplementing, working out regimen he was on, it is impossible!!! He would have to be built like wolverine or the incredible hulk. thats the only way his muscles would recover fast enough to build.
give me an example of someone who didnt use it, with factual evidence, and with that much growth and i'll delete my post.

Now, if muscle memory comes into play then thats a different story. how big was he in college ball? how much did he weigh then?

People, he had 15% bf at 215 and 8 weeks later had 8% bf at 240. Doesn't make sense!

I would pay good money for that info!

who knows cant hurt to look at him although most likely will be a nothing signing but maybe he develops as a footvall player, was good in high school.
Not a great signing and really cant be a bad signing unless he signed a bigger contract which is doubtful. I do think many will overrate this signing because of a damn pro day.
even with the pro day it would seem no team went wild and paid him some special money to be their player but i hope for best

you must hate your life....

At least it's some good news to wake up to, better than all this Ireland sucks posts..............hope he make's it.

Ok, is it just me or is there an abundance of over reaction to someone who last played football in HIGH SCHOOL, and wait... that was as a WR. Not TE.

Don't get me wrong, I like his numbers, certainly looks athletic, heart [considering the ankle situation]. I too am curious as to his workout program, to have that amount of change in 8 weeks is NOT the norm. if it was all naturally driven, then interesting, but then how much further has his body to go? has he reached his limit?

Like the move - no stone unturned and all that, but he's way more of a project than undrafted free agents post draft whom have played College FB and you have x amount of games worth of tape on.

Wish the kid well and hope it works out, lots of eyes will be upon him now.

Well worth the gamble. Certainly has the physical tools to have a nice career in the NFL. But I'm not expecting much from him TBH, dude will have alot of work to do to even get a roster spot.

Hope for the best though.

I was referring to your statement please stick to the discussion I have no problem with my life sorry if you think that not going giddy over a guy that has not played football since high school because he ran some drills against air and had good numbers. is indictaive of my life being miserable.
