There is a difference once both parties reach the right age but when one is a teen, and the other is not, it is a bit wrong.
Question: Does 17yro w/ a 10yro...24yro w/ a 17yro....21yro w/ a 28yro all sound the same, or does it sound better as both parties get closer to 21?

He couldn't possibly know she was underage because she's not. 17 is legal in NY and he knew she was 17.

Yeah seriously the actual chick (not the one with the green car...YOWSA) really does look like she's in high school. There's no way you don't know she's at the very least straddling the border of legality.
