Then all the more reason why it was more his fault. Fiedler knows himself that his play slips while playing injured. While the "guts and brawn" part is admirable, it is foolish to continue knowing it hurts your teams chances. A lineman would be a different story or if he injured his left hand even.

Every real football player wants to play, injured or not.
It is drilled into their heads throughout HS, college, and the Pros to play through injury.

Except for quarterbacks tho for the most part. Ain't that why they wear red jersies during practice and stuff?? :D
