I think some folks get fooled b/c of the #s thinking Ryan has improved much more than he actually has. he HAS improved w/o a doubt and looks like he can be a good QB in the coming years but he's not there yet. if he was you'd be resting players this week or playing to win a division.
Wait until next year before you judge the defensive personnel. When the offense, most notably Tannehill and the receivers, have enough experience in this system and can run it effectively and efficiently, the team will be in better position to get out to big leads via the passing game and make other teams have to come from behind with the pass, which is when these defensive personnel, who are better suited to defend the pass than the run, will be in position to be much more effective as intended.
I think that's more on the o-line than Tannehill. Its tough to improve leaps and bounds when you're on your ass 58 times. Given the circumstances, he's done a very good job this year. He has work to do for sure, but the arrow is pointing up right now.
I swear I have heard Dansby's name so many times year on ESPN doing something positive that it makes me sick!
He is having a pro bowl year.
In 3 years with Miami he had 6 sacks - This year alone with the Cards he has 6.5
In 3 years with Miami he had 19 passes defended - This year he has 18
In 3 years with Miami he had 1 INT - Guess what? He has 4 this year alone.
He also has the highest number of tackles of all his career this year.
He is a great player that we just never used properly. He has always excelled in Arizona, which is why we paid him so much to come play with us.

It's amazing to see that Dansby has more sacks than Ellerbe and Wheeler combined 6.5-1.5
Dansby has more forced fumbles than Ellerbe and Wheeler combined 1-0
Dansby has more interceptions than Ellerbe and Wheeler combined 4-2
Dansby has more tds than Ellerbe and Wheeler combined 2-0
Dansby has more passes defended than Ellerbe and Wheeler combined 18-12
Wait until next year...
some on the OL, some on him.
The reason you guys have a shot at postseason is b/c of your D. I get being upset at the run D but you shouldn't be bashing the D overall. w/o their play you'd be in last place right now.
