Unless this is part of some kind of major impending upgrades (i.e. Manning AND Wayne) we have yet to know about, I have lost all faith in the front office of this franchise. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Even if Manning and Wayne both come, why the hell get rid of Marshall? Jesus Christ... I have a bad feeling about the "Philbin Era" already. This is a joke, it's like Saban and Cameron all over again.

Maybe Philbin and the rest of the inept front office will finally be able to sink this mother ALL the way...

Regardless if we get Manning, I'll take V Jackson and a 3rd any day of the week over Marshall

Relax people, my initial reaction was WTF, but think about it. There has to be a bigger plan here. No way Ross (who's goal is to get asses in the seats) is going to trade away the guy that helps slightly fill our stadium above 20%. There is a bigger play here. Not saying its manning but Maybe trading up to get blackmon who i think will be better than marshall. Be patient friends, let's see how this plays out.

So, basically, Ireland would be using the draft to fill a need that he created in the first place. Again. Sounds like spinning tires to me.

I think Marshall demanded it. Think about it: Marshall had made plenty of comments about how he wished he had a QB that believed in him like Cutler did. Then he made another comment about "what he could do with a real QB". If he didn't demand it, I'm sure that pissed them off enough to make the trade. It isn't a coincidence that it happened so quickly.

Not sure how I feel.

#1. He was a pro bowler, and our best offensive weapon. He also ran his mouth and dropped a few TD passes. Two third round picks gives us 3 third rounders, so we can trade a few to move up.
#2. The Dolphins may like Hartline and Bess alot, and be trying to get Jackson, Garcon or Wayne here with Manning.
#3. Saves money.

If this doesnt mean Manning is coming with Wayne, then I'm gonna be upset.

Yup, Marshall had his dropsies, but he was one of the only WRs in the NFL who could give Revis fits.
