Maybe Ireland was right for asking Dez if his Mom was a prostitute?

you seem to be taking this personal, and you're pretty close to making it personal. I'd suggest doing something more constructive.

Why is this personal? This is important stuff. Do you want someone who is discriminating against someone making personnel decisions for this organization? That he may have dodged a bullet here through lack of evidence but that is obvious of his modus operandi that sooner or later will compile and then a lawsuit is raised against the Dolphins followed by sanctions from the NFL like I dunno losing a draft pick? That's not even allowing for the moral ****up that is asking if your mother is prostitute may depend on you getting this job or not? Jesus if just protecting the organization from people who have degenerates is your excuse for allowing this behavior at least find someone is smart enough to NOT directly ask that question.

Are you purposely TRYING to not understand, or are you just not too bright?? Asking the question directly is the POINT. The reason you ask a question you already know the question to is to see if he can handle such questions. He couldn't and you can now see what kind of person he was/is. Thank goodness he asked it or we would be stuck with this moron. If you think the question was discriminating against someone it is simply because you don't understand discrimination.

Joni Martin has a following here I see.:lol2:

Living a right to work state, I have absolutely no problem someone asking such a question. If you don't have what it takes between the ears to handle such a question, some fields of work are not for you. I guess its why most minorities work for the government.

And here come the racists.

if it was that important, it would've been dealt with before now, and perhaps it was, at this point though there is nothing else to be done about this particular situation. it's a dead issue on a football message board.

If asking the question was discrimination it means you think such a question was not asked towards other potential draft picks. Do you really think with the extensive back ground they do before giving 20 yr olds millions of dollars that such questions aren't asked as standard practice?? If Ireland knew the answer to the question before he asked it (and you know he did) and DIDN'T ask it, while asking others what their mother's did for a living, then THAT would have been discrimination.

And its the idiots like you that get sued when they don't want to bake wedding cakes for homosexuals or guys who openly say you can't have this job because your too old. Having a prostitute for a mother is not grounds to not high someone. It's called class discrimination. If i told you, you can't have this job I'm offering, because people I know from Ktown are obvious morons you can sue me for free money and guess what? all it takes is another person to corroborate Bryants story and then guess what the Dolphins are paying him a bunch of other guys millions and getting that front page news we all love because they were to dumb like you to understand discrimination laws. you must be a gem in person to believe people who come from poverty or family disfunction are obvious are all animals ticketed for self destruction. You are by far the most ignorant person to ever touch a keyboard connoted to the internet

how is it dealt with it? Ireland is still here still making decisions. MONUMENTAL decisions. Even if you think it's ok to operate in this manner this will harm the organization known as the Miami Dolphins because of its illegality. To not think this relevant is crazy

And if you think the a group of guys wont band together soon for a class action lawsuit soon against these practices you haven't been paying attention the to news. The NFL players Union is one of the weakest unions and the players have been banding together for post compensation for years now. Concussions, healthcare, a story like this is a lawyers wet dream. And civil suits will be flying and the NFL will be looking to punish those organizations that made them look bad and did nothing about it.

If you tell someone in an interview for a job that my Dad is a pimp and my Mom works for him. What would your response be.Ireland Im sure just had to ask and I would probably inquire just to find out what his mom actually did. This story is blown so way out of proportion.Granted I still think Ireland is a jackass with his attitude but I really dont blame his for inquiring

That's nonsense, where did you get this information from that Bryant said his dad was a pimp?

Des Bryant and Dallas have their own problems. Let's concentrate on the Dolphins possible playoff appearance for the 3rd time in 14 years.
