Head Dolphin In This Pod
This team is slowly building and replacing guys who didn't cut it. The more talent we get the better.
Our RB situation is solid.
We now have 4 RBs who can run between the tackles, and can also gash the defense if given the chance.
This is far better than the past few years when Daniel Thomas was our #2 ball carrier. Whenever he was on the field, the defense basically didn't have to worry about him.
It's also better than having specialist RBs like Marcus Thigpen, who would not be able to be an every down, 20-times-between-the-tackles RB if needed.
That said, our RB production will be limited because our o-line run blocking is very weak.
FIRST CUT: player(s) to be released for a new signee
Darkwa Orleans, RB
Don Jones, DB
Jason Fox, OL
Jonathan Freeney, LB
Jason Trunsnik, LB
Could be more changes coming depending on waivers.
Champ Bailey was cut, he would make a good 3rd CB. Lache Seastrunk and Evan Royster were cut, they would be far better than Darkwa. Michael Sam was cut, and he was actually a pretty good DE....we could use some pass rush guys..
No way they cut Dallas Thomas, not yet.

Wouldn't our DL be considered a strength? At least more than RB?
