saban is the best choice...

IN america "that would be sick" is a good thing -- he is happy -- he means that would be AMAZING

I believe that he can only be contacted after his team's season is officially over.

IIRC, they changed the rule this year. Pioli's free to interview after the regular season ends.

The same LSU coach that is 3/4 way through a season? A crappy season. Great.

yup that would be him, but he runs a pro style offense. he's a pupil of bellicheck and he won a national title.

HOLY CRAP!!!! I just got home from Monday Night Football and I am feeling like a kid on Christmas Eve. I wish I had a beer to celebrate. I do hope Wanny gets a shot to maybe coach elsewhere,,,,perhaps at Pitt. Time to move forward....Dan Le Betard is confirming the story saying he will resign Tuesday.

:)

Listening to Sirius NFL radio last night a guy called in that said he worked within the organization, he said players were allowed to pass by Wanny's office after the game. He said players were not allowed to do that any other time before...

FEELEY!!!!!

That guy must be doing "cart wheels" right about now.

FIEDLER!!!!

That guy must be ......not sleeping well tonight.

The Fiedler/Wanny era is over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See Ya Dave!!!!!!!

(stop by,Ill buy you a beer sometime. Its not personal.)

Bye,Bye Forrester.

Tom Rathman for OC.(2005)

I love this part....
"The 51-year-old Saban returned to Michigan State following four seasons as the Cleveland Browns' defensive coordinator from 1991-94. The Browns went from allowing the most points in the NFL prior to Saban's arrival to allowing the fewest points in 1994. His defensive unit allowed a league-low 21 touchdowns and 204 points in 1994, the sixth-fewest points surrendered in NFL history at the time."
