Just saw this on NFL.com

Cassel traded to Chiefs

The New England Patriots have traded QB Matt Cassel to the Kansas City Chiefs, reports Adam Schefter.

Look how BP son in law is doing. Seems like another BP in the making. I really hope Tony Gonzalez is not a Patriot.
 
I'd be surprised if Gonzalez or Larry Johnson aren't part of this deal.
 
chiefs and broncos seem to the busiest teams

Shefter is guessing 7yr/72M.

I expect the comp for Cassel/Vrabel from the Chiefs will be their 1st and a bunch of swapped picks in this years draft.
 
This was done as soon as Pioli took the job in KC. It was funny when he denied knowing Cassel's status at the combine...
 
Just saw that too... No details have been worked out though. I thought Tyler Thigpen was deserving of the starting role, he had a pretty good season

doubt it, they just got Chris Baker from the jerks...i mean the Jets.
 
WOW..........tony g is good but hes old as hell i just hope the pats didnt come away with that number 3 pick
